The prices are per property per week during the date shown. Change over days are Saturdays.

Short breaks can be arranged for 3 or 4 nights but subject to availability and are priced at 75% and 85% of the weekly rate.

All linen and towels are provided.


Please contact us by e-mail or telephone to check availability and to make a booking we require a deposit of 25%, with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. 

For bookings made less than 8 weeks before arrival we will need payment in full.  Confirmation of booking and receipt of funds will be provided by email.


You can pay by cheque or  electronic bank transfer. Contact us for our bank details.

Bookings are not confirmed until cleared funds are received.

Terms and Conditions

Payment; A deposit of 25% of the rental is payable on booking. On paying your deposit it is deemed that you agree to these terms & conditions. Provisional bookings will be held for 72 Hours. The balance of the rental is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. Non payment of balance will be deemed a cancellation. Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival are payable in full.
Cancellations; In the event of cancellation we will endeavor to re-let the cottage. If this is possible we will refund your payment minus your deposit; deposits are not refundable. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance.
Amenities; The use of the accommodation and amenities are entirely at the hirer's risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to visitors personal belongings. No responsibility can be accepted for damage or loss of any vehicle or its contents.
Damage; All damages and breakages are the responsibility of the hirer and the cost of making good shall be payable on demand. We recommend that you check all facilities and equipment on arrival and report any problems.
Hirers Responsibility; The hirer is responsible for the cottage and is expected to take all reasonable care of it. All equipment and utensils etc. must be left clean and the cottage clean and tidy at the end of the hire period.
Party Size; Under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons stated occupy the premises unless by prior agreement. This will be deemed a breach of contract and the guests will be required to vacate the property. The hirer agrees not to cause nuisance or annoyance to occupants of the adjacent properties.
Complaints; Any complaints should be made in writing as soon as possible. Complaints made at the end of the hire period or after departure will be considered at the owners discretion.
Arrival & Departure; To facilitate both prior guests and future guests of the cottage and allow for maintenance of the cottage arrival times after 4pm on the Saturday and departure times are no later than 10 am.
